Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00049 | $0.00876 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00024 | $0.00438 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00175 |

Grade A, and why
product-design-extend scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 76 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Extend
Add the capability so it feels native: familiar in foundations and interaction, specific where the new workflow needs its own expression.
Frame the feature
Inspect the running product, the feature's surrounding flow, and the design-system sources. Name:
- the user goal and entry point
- the primary happy path and completion signal
- the data and actions the UI must expose
- required loading, empty, error, disabled, permission, success, and destructive states
- existing behavior, content, navigation, and accessibility contracts that stay unchanged
Product uncertainty is not design freedom. Missing decisions stay visible.
The feature is framed when those five are named and no invented product decision, backend behavior, datum, setting, or control remains.
Compose first
Map each part of the feature to existing tokens, layout patterns, components, icons, motion, and language. Reuse them in their intended roles.
Create a new system primitive or variant only when all are true:
- existing composition cannot express the need cleanly
- the need is likely to recur or represents a durable product concept
- its states and API can be named from user or domain meaning rather than this one screen
- adding it does not make the shared component harder to understand for existing consumers
Otherwise keep the feature-specific composition local, built from system foundations. A small local component beats an unrelated boolean on a shared one.
Composition is decided when every part of the feature maps to an existing primitive or a justified new one.
One moment
Use the established design thesis to find one feature-specific moment of clarity or delight: a legible transition, tactile control, expressive data view, useful illustration, or composition that makes the workflow easier to understand.
That moment stays subordinate to the user's task. Hierarchy, spacing, and the moment do the work. Hunt slop: extra cards, pills, gradients, glows, icons, explanatory labels, fake data, motion without informational or tactile value.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

product-design-extend is a skill published in the GitHub repository 0xrohan10/skills (2 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 49 tokens to every session and 876 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
