fusion-tea: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/plan-model/SKILL.md

plan-model is a skill for Claude Code from 1cFE/fusion-tea. It costs 16 tokens per session (653 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A staged work plan for building or changing SysMLv2 models. SysMLv2 is a language for describing systems, their parts, requirements, and relationships.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan SysMLv2 modeling work from start to finish, including validation checks.
Why use it?
It breaks a model change into ordered steps and adds points where you can check the result before continuing.

This is 1cFE/fusion-tea's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on fusion-tea itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything fusion-tea configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.00653
Opus 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00261
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00003 $0.00131
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00065

Security

Grade A, and why

plan-model scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Plan Model

Use “Process Selection” in modeling_project/MODELING_PROCESS.md. This stage may be brief or skipped when its responsibility is already satisfied. For a bounded tracked change, use sections in the existing spec.md instead of creating separate design/plan documents; retain required native metadata. The instructions below describe a separate artifact when it is useful.

Turn the agreed outcomes and design into a checklist of work and evidence. Write work/active/{WI-XXX}_{name}/plan.md; retain Status, Created, Updated, and Related Artifacts metadata.

Understand What Remains

Read the spec's acceptance conditions, the relevant design sections, and actual existing work. Reuse valid prototype or prior implementation evidence. If a consequential design question remains unresolved, address it before planning dependent execution.

Write an Executable Checklist

Group work by meaningful behavior and dependencies. One phase is enough for a small change. Name affected files or model surfaces, their owners when work is delegated, and the checks that establish each outcome. Avoid repeating the design or enumerating every attribute.

For each acceptance condition, identify:

Outcome or requirement Check and expected observation Basis Evidence/status
Relevant spec reference Runnable test or focused inspection, with expected behavior/tolerance Source, identity, independent reference, or governing decision Result location or remaining work

Use this table or the project's equivalent; its purpose is to keep the acceptance evidence traceable. Include structural/analytical agreement and affected consumers where the change concerns them. Tests should expose plausible mistakes, including the original counterexample for a defect, rather than merely reproduce current wiring or copied formulas.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plan-model is a skill published in the GitHub repository 1cFE/fusion-tea (5 stars, last pushed 24d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 16 tokens to every session and 653 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-29.
