fusion-tea: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/run-goal/SKILL.md

run-goal is a skill for Claude Code from 1cFE/fusion-tea. It costs 139 tokens per session (1,634 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for managing goals across multiple rounds of modeling and studies. It can establish a goal, run a round, review a study's proposed dispositions, continue interrupted work, or revisit a closed round.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to frame questions, operate goal rounds, review study recommendations, resume interrupted runs, and inspect completed rounds as a new agent.
Why use it?
It keeps longer investigations grounded and gives you a review point before follow-up work runs. It also supports picking up work that stopped earlier.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00139 $0.01634
Opus 5.5 $0.00056 $0.00654
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00028 $0.00327
Haiku 4.5 $0.00014 $0.00163

Security

Grade A, and why

run-goal scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Run Goal

A goal is a grounded question pursued in rounds. A round is one agent's bounded attempt at one strategy, running bounded tasks through the native workflows and ending in a written result. Review depth follows the concrete risk triggers in GOAL_RUNBOOK.md § Review scope and evidence reuse.

This file names the roles, picks the mode, and gives dispatch guidance. The procedure lives in work/orchestration/GOAL_RUNBOOK.md; the decisions behind it live in the goal-layer decision record (GOAL_RUNBOOK.md § The decisions behind this). A human operator and an agent follow the same runbook.

Three roles

  • Operator — sets the question and holds the gates. Grounds the goal, rules on reserved gates, and closes.
  • Round agent — pursues one strategy, scopes and coordinates bounded tasks, writes the result.
  • Fresh reviewer — a session that did not do the work. Checks the named uncertainty when independent review is required. A review can cover study dispositions and round assurance without separate sessions.

Which role you are in decides which section you read. GOAL_RUNBOOK.md § What "fresh" means defines the boundary, says who obtains the reviewer on each path, and gives the agent its move when it cannot start a session — read it before either review mode.

Pick the mode

Mode When Go to
ground No goal.md, or it is still draft GOAL_RUNBOOK.md § Grounding a goal
round A grounded goal, and either no open round or an open round with work left § Opening and closing a round, then § Running one task
checkpoint A study reading with proposed dispositions, before any semantic follow-up § The pre-execution disposition checkpoint
review A round result is written § The fresh review

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
