Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00127 | $0.01506 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00051 | $0.00602 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00025 | $0.00301 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00151 |
Grade A, and why
plan-handoff scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 117 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Plan Handoff
Safety: never relay a clean-looking handoff over a dirty tree or a red baseline test run — if the script warns, fix the baseline first.
--test-cmdruns as a plain subprocess (no shell), but its last output line is echoed verbatim into the prompt, so don't pass a command whose last line could print a secret.
Claude-Code-specific, flagged not rewritten: the
disable-model-invocation: truefrontmatter field is a Claude Code directive (only trigger on an explicit user request, never automatically). If the host platform has no equivalent, the skill's description text is the only signal it has for when to trigger this skill.
Emit a copy-paste prompt that lets a fresh session implement a reviewed plan against a pinned baseline. The output is a prompt the user pastes into a new session — this session does not execute the plan.
The plan and the repo rules (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, the plan's own header) already carry most context. This skill adds only what they don't: an exact baseline to verify, and out-of-band friction the planning session hit but never wrote down.
Workflow
- Identify inputs. The plan file path (required) and any companion design/spec/notes file. Confirm both are committed — the baseline pins a commit, so a dirty plan means an ambiguous handoff.
- Read the plan so you do not restate it. Then collect, from this session
only, items that are NOT already in the plan, spec, CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, or
another repo skill:
- Pitfalls / friction the planning session surfaced but did not record.
- Other context that did not make the plan. If there are none, pass none — the script drops empty sections.
- Find the test command from the repo's rules (e.g.
uv run pytest, mvn test). This is what the new session re-runs to confirm the baseline. - Run the script — it captures git HEAD/branch/tree, runs the tests once to confirm green, prints the finished block, and also saves it to a session-namespaced file (see Script contract):
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plan-handoff is a skill published in the GitHub repository 85danf/agent-skills (2 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 127 tokens to every session and 1,506 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-26.
