Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00033 | $0.01010 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00404 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00202 |

Grade B, and why
ms-teams-cli scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation
A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.
mkdir -p ~/.msteams && echo "<your-access-token>" > ~/.msteams/token && chmod 600 ~/.msteams/token Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
description: Perform Microsoft Teams operations using the Microsoft Graph API via curl. Use for posting channel messages, listing teams/channels, and looking up users. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 85 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Microsoft Teams CLI Skill
Microsoft Teams has no official first-party CLI — use the Microsoft Graph API via curl for all operations.
Configuration
Update the tenant details below before using this skill:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Azure AD Tenant ID | <your-tenant-id> |
| App Registration Client ID | <your-client-id> |
| Token File | ~/.msteams/token |
Prerequisites (one-time setup by user)
Register an Azure AD application with ChannelMessage.Send, Team.ReadBasic.All, and Channel.ReadBasic.All Graph API permissions (admin consent required for most Teams scopes), then obtain an OAuth token and save it to the token file. Never print or display the token value. Do not perform these steps yourself.
mkdir -p ~/.msteams && echo "<your-access-token>" > ~/.msteams/token && chmod 600 ~/.msteams/token
Command Format
All API calls use curl with the token read from the token file:
curl -s -H "Authorization: Bearer $(cat ~/.msteams/token)" \
"https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/<endpoint>" | jq .
Available API Endpoints
Read-only (safe, no confirmation needed)
| Endpoint | Method | Description |
|---|---|---|
/v1.0/me/joinedTeams |
GET | List teams the authenticated user has joined |
/v1.0/teams/<team-id>/channels |
GET | List channels in a team |
/v1.0/teams/<team-id>/channels/<channel-id>/messages |
GET | List messages in a channel |
/v1.0/teams/<team-id>/channels/<channel-id>/messages/<message-id> |
GET | Get a specific message |
/v1.0/users?$filter=<query> |
GET | Look up users |
/v1.0/users/<user-id> |
GET | Get a specific user |
Mutating operations (confirm with user before running)
| Endpoint | Method | Description |
|---|---|---|
/v1.0/teams/<team-id>/channels/<channel-id>/messages |
POST | Post a message to a channel (confirm channel and text with user first) |
/v1.0/teams/<team-id>/channels |
POST | Create a new channel |
/v1.0/chats/<chat-id>/messages |
POST | Send a 1:1 or group chat message |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ms-teams-cli is a skill published in the GitHub repository abdullahkhawer/devops-skills (8 stars, last pushed 24d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 33 tokens to every session and 1,010 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (asks for root, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-23.
