Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.00836 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00334 |

Grade B, and why
sentry-cli scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation
A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.
mkdir -p ~/.sentry && echo "<your-auth-token>" > <TOKEN_FILE> && chmod 600 <TOKEN_FILE> Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
Via API (`curl`), for operations `sentry-cli` doesn't cover: How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 79 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Sentry CLI Skill
Use the configuration and rules below when constructing all sentry-cli/API commands.
Configuration
Update the table below with your Sentry organization and credential file paths:
| Environment | Organization | Project | Token File |
|---|---|---|---|
| Production | <your-org-slug> |
<your-prod-project-slug> |
~/.sentry/prod.token |
| Staging | <your-org-slug> |
<your-staging-project-slug> |
~/.sentry/staging.token |
If the target environment is unclear, ask the user before running any command.
Prerequisites (one-time setup by user)
Generate a Sentry auth token (Settings → Auth Tokens) with project:read/org:read scope for each environment and save it to the corresponding token file. Never print or display token values. Do not perform these steps yourself.
brew install getsentry/tools/sentry-cli
mkdir -p ~/.sentry && echo "<your-auth-token>" > <TOKEN_FILE> && chmod 600 <TOKEN_FILE>
Command Format
Via sentry-cli:
SENTRY_AUTH_TOKEN="$(cat <TOKEN_FILE>)" sentry-cli --org <org-slug> <command>
Via API (curl), for operations sentry-cli doesn't cover:
curl -s -H "Authorization: Bearer $(cat <TOKEN_FILE>)" \
"https://sentry.io/api/0/<endpoint>" | jq .

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sentry-cli is a skill published in the GitHub repository abdullahkhawer/devops-skills (8 stars, last pushed 24d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 836 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (asks for root, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-23.

proposal-troubleshoot
Diagnose a problem with the proposal skills themselves — a script that fails, a rule applied wrongly, output that contradicts the skill's own stated mandate — and assemble a bug report when it turns out to be a real defect. Use when a skill misbehaved, not when the proposal needs improving.
agents-sdk-dotnet-debugging
Use when troubleshooting an agent built with the Microsoft Agents SDK (Microsoft.Agents.Hosting.AspNetCore and related packages) in C# / .NET. Trigger on any of these symptoms: build or C# compile errors, crashes on startup, 401 or auth errors on incoming requests, the bot not responding to messages, appsettings.json…
observability
Periodic health sweep of the running system via the debug pipeline (cloud logs / k8s / daemon / DB slices). On a real anomaly, open a bug task (--kind workitem) carrying the evidence refs so it re-enters the bugfix loop. A healthy sweep opens NO task — never fabricate a bug.
prismer-python-debugpy
Debug Python: pdb REPL + debugpy remote (DAP).
fetch-url
Fetch a single URL and convert its content to Markdown. Use when you need to read a web page, documentation page, or API reference without indexing it. The content is returned as plain Markdown text on stdout.

SpecStory Workthreads - a weekly work-thread rollup across a team's repos from SpecStory coding histories (any agent - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and more). It groups the window's sessions into threads of work per project and labels each new / open / recently closed, so a lead sees what shipped, what is still…
