safe-multisig-on-abstract

safe-multisig-on-abstract is a skill for Claude Code from Abstract-Foundation/abstract-skills. It costs 100 tokens per session (1,492 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for creating and managing Safe multi-signature wallets on Abstract, a blockchain network. A multi-signature wallet requires approval from a chosen number of its owners before a transaction can run.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to deploy Safes, set owners and approval thresholds, propose transactions, and execute approved transactions through the Safe website or SDK.
Why use it?
It helps teams manage shared funds or blockchain actions without relying on one person's wallet approval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00100 $0.01492
Opus 5 $0.00050 $0.00746
Sonnet 5 $0.00020 $0.00298
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00149

Security

Grade A, and why

safe-multisig-on-abstract scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Safe Multisig on Abstract

Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe) is the standard multi-signature wallet on Abstract. Use it when multiple parties must approve transactions before execution — treasury management, team wallets, DAO operations, or any scenario requiring shared custody.

A Safe web interface is live at safe.abs.xyz.

Quick Start (Web UI)

For non-programmatic use, create and manage Safes directly at safe.abs.xyz. Connect a wallet, add owner addresses, set the confirmation threshold, and deploy.

Quick Start (SDK — Create a Safe)

npm install @safe-global/protocol-kit viem
import Safe, { SafeAccountConfig, PredictedSafeProps } from "@safe-global/protocol-kit";
import { abstract } from "viem/chains";

const safeAccountConfig: SafeAccountConfig = {
  owners: [
    "0xOwner1Address",
    "0xOwner2Address",
    "0xOwner3Address",
  ],
  threshold: 2,
};

const predictedSafe: PredictedSafeProps = { safeAccountConfig };

const protocolKit = await Safe.init({
  provider: abstract.rpcUrls.default.http[0],
  signer: DEPLOYER_PRIVATE_KEY,
  predictedSafe,
});

const safeAddress = await protocolKit.getAddress();

const deploymentTx = await protocolKit.createSafeDeploymentTransaction();
const client = await protocolKit.getSafeProvider().getExternalSigner();

const txHash = await client!.sendTransaction({
  to: deploymentTx.to as `0x${string}`,
  value: BigInt(deploymentTx.value),
  data: deploymentTx.data as `0x${string}`,
  chain: abstract,
});

After deployment, verify:

const kit = await protocolKit.connect({ safeAddress });
await kit.isSafeDeployed(); // true
await kit.getOwners();      // ["0xOwner1...", "0xOwner2...", "0xOwner3..."]
await kit.getThreshold();   // 2

Quick Start (SDK — Execute a Multi-sig Transaction)

import Safe from "@safe-global/protocol-kit";
import { MetaTransactionData, OperationType } from "@safe-global/types-kit";

const kitOwner1 = await Safe.init({
  provider: "https://api.mainnet.abs.xyz",
  signer: OWNER_1_PRIVATE_KEY,
  safeAddress: SAFE_ADDRESS,
});

const txData: MetaTransactionData = {
  to: "0xRecipientAddress",
  value: "1000000000000000", // 0.001 ETH in wei
  data: "0x",
  operation: OperationType.Call,
};

const safeTx = await kitOwner1.createTransaction({ transactions: [txData] });
const signedTx = await kitOwner1.signTransaction(safeTx);

// Owner 2 signs
const kitOwner2 = await Safe.init({
  provider: "https://api.mainnet.abs.xyz",
  signer: OWNER_2_PRIVATE_KEY,
  safeAddress: SAFE_ADDRESS,
});

const fullySignedTx = await kitOwner2.signTransaction(signedTx);

// Any owner executes once threshold is met
const executeTxResponse = await kitOwner1.executeTransaction(fullySignedTx);

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

safe-multisig-on-abstract is a skill published in the GitHub repository Abstract-Foundation/abstract-skills (10 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 100 tokens to every session and 1,492 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
