A text-to-speech system for producing spoken audio from text. It provides a web service and command-line interface, with separate voice rules for Victor and OpenClaw.

Use it when an application needs to speak, play announcements, report game events, or provide spoken status updates.

It avoids needing to produce speech manually and gives applications a defined way to request audio output.
