What is semantic-search:pause?

A command that pauses the semantic-search file watcher, which automatically reindexes files when they change.

Use it to pause automatic reindexing and later resume it with the corresponding semantic-search resume command.

It prevents ongoing file changes from starting more indexing work while you are making bulk edits or temporarily do not need updated search data.
