options-execution

options-execution is a skill for Claude Code from agentii-ai/agentii-investment-intelligence. It costs 52 tokens per session (1,628 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A skill for carrying out options trades and selecting options strategies, such as calls, puts, spreads, and volatility trades. Options are contracts whose value is linked to an underlying asset.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to match market setups with options strategies and plan directional, spread, or volatility trades.
Why use it?
It provides a structured way to compare trade setups while considering expiry time, liquidity, transaction spread, and position risk.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.01628
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.00814
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00326
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00163

Security

Grade A, and why

options-execution scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

max_days_to_expiry_sell 45 Selling strategies capture theta decay in 30-45 day window
exit_dte_threshold 21 Exit or roll buying strategies before 21 DTE to avoid gamma risk
bid_ask_max_spread 5% Illiquid options destroy edge through wide spreads

Data Source Priority

  1. Options execution framework — references/options-strategies.md (bundled strategy reference)
  2. Upstream context — market structure from price-action + pattern identification from chart-patterns
  3. Options setups — search_technical_setups(instrument_scope=["option"], ...) for matching against gold.technical_setups

Retrieval Strategy

This skill follows Branch (d) Simple Lookup from contracts/retrieval.md: the strategy framework is bundled in references/options-strategies.md. Real-time data via get_realtime_quote. Matched options setups via search_technical_setups(instrument_scope=["option"]). No unstructured document retrieval.

Temporal Scope

See frontmatter temporal_scope block.

Tool Allowlist

See frontmatter allowed_tools.

Protocol

This skill implements a professional options execution framework. Options are treated as execution tools for expressing directional or volatility views with defined risk — not as standalone gambling instruments. The framework applies three mandatory filters (liquidity, cost, volatility) before any strategy selection. Detailed strategy definitions, the strategy→market condition matrix, and execution rules are in references/options-strategies.md.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
