tasks

tasks is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from agentii-ai/agentii-investment-intelligence. It costs 63 tokens per session (344 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Decompose the plan into research tasks — one task per ticker × skill × mode, grouped by pillar, [P]-marked by the different-files-and-no-incomplete-deps rule, with source-refs. mode: all expands to N tasks at generation, never exists as one task (Q79).

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one.

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 scripts/agentii_cmd.py tasks --thesis theses/001-ai-semiconductors --spec theses/001-ai-semiconductors/spec.md.

Getting it into your agent

It runs from inside its repository, so the clone comes first — what it calls does not travel with the file alone.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00063 $0.00344
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00172
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00069
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00034

Security

Grade A, and why

tasks scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

agentii.tasks

Task identity (Q79)

One task = ticker × skill × 单个 mode. --mode=all is a generation-time expansion — it never exists as a single task (matching validate-mode-syntax.py's all reserved rule). Pre-M1: mode is default for the 53/62 skills without references/modes.md; Depth-Tier Light falls back to the tier's explicit skill list until essentials_modes exists.

Format (plan contract)

- [ ] T### [P] [pillar] TICKER × SKILL × MODE — purpose (src: pillar-id)

  • [P] = different files and no incomplete deps; _cross/ synthesis tasks are never [P].
  • Every task carries a src: ref — traceability survives into converge (Q26).
  • tasks.md is strictly append-only thereafter.

Invocation

python3 scripts/agentii_cmd.py tasks --thesis theses/001-ai-semiconductors --spec theses/001-ai-semiconductors/spec.md

Gate 3 (after tasks, informational) shows task count × cost estimate.

Files

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

tasks is a skill published in the GitHub repository agentii-ai/agentii-investment-intelligence (203 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 63 tokens to every session and 344 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-09.
