Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00112 | $0.01755 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00056 | $0.00877 |

Grade A, and why
wireframe scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 161 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Wireframe
Produce a wireframe package that a coding agent can implement without asking a single follow-up question.
The failure mode this skill exists to prevent: pretty mockups that look decided
but leave every real question open — what happens when the list is empty, where
does this button go, what is the validation message, what is this number called
in the database. A coding agent handed that will invent answers, and invent
different answers on every run. So the artifact of record here is not the
picture. It is screens.json, a contract. The HTML is a render of the contract
so a human can look at it and object.
Non-negotiables
screens.jsonis the source of truth. Write it before any HTML. Every HTML element that matters carriesdata-idequal to its node id in the JSON. If they disagree, the JSON is right and the HTML is a bug.- Closed component vocabulary. Use only the primitives in
references/component-vocabulary.md. Never invent one. Consistency across screens comes from the vocabulary being small, not from taste. - Greyscale. One accent color, used only on the single primary action per screen. A wireframe that looks like a visual design gets treated as one, and then nobody revisits the layout.
- Four states per screen. default, empty, loading, error. Each is either
rendered or explicitly marked
n/awith a one-line reason. No silent gaps. - Real copy, never lorem. Button labels, headings, validation messages, and empty-state text are product decisions. Decide them here.
- Consistent fixtures. The same fake people, orgs, and numbers appear on
every screen.
Dana Whitfieldon screen 3 is the sameDana Whitfieldon screen 7, with the same id. - Validate before handoff.
python3 scripts/validate.py <outdir>must exit 0.
Pipeline
Run these in order. Do not skip ahead to drawing — the expensive mistakes are all made in phase 1, and they are free to fix there.
Phase 0 — Brief
What ships with it
8 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

wireframe is a skill published in the GitHub repository AgentlyLabs/founder-skills (2 stars, last pushed 12d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 112 tokens to every session and 1,755 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
