Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00079 | $0.01074 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00032 | $0.00430 |

Grade A, and why
ap-transmit scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 84 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
ap-transmit
When to use
- You must push a message OUT (agentpush, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, generic webhook) and route the contact's future replies back into a live session.
- You want a poller that turns inbound messages into agent sessions automatically.
- A provider needs a signature-verified webhook endpoint (
POST /inbound/<slug>).
transmit_message: send + bind
transmit_message({
"provider": "agentpush",
"alias": "agentpush", // imported MCP alias (agentpush) or bot alias (telegram)
"source": "+33612345678", // channel/phone the message goes out from
"contact_ref": "+33698765432", // recipient (agentpush sender id) / chat id (telegram)
"sessionId": "sess_abc123", // the session replies route into
"text": "Deploy finished — see the report.",
"bind": true // default: upsert contactRef→sessionId after send
})
Always pass sessionId. With binding (default), future inbound from that contact lands in the SAME session instead of spawning a fresh orphan agent. Attachments (photo/document/video/audio) take local absolute paths.
inbound_watcher_start: poll a source for new messages
inbound_watcher_start({
"alias": "agentpush", // the imported MCP to poll through
"source": "+33612345678",
"adapter": "claude-code", // what spawns when a message arrives
"promptTemplate": "New message from {{contact_ref}} ({{count}}): {{messages_json}}\nReply with dispatch_request.",
"mode": "route-or-spawn", // bound contacts route into their session; unbound ones spawn fresh
"pollIntervalMs": 5000
})
// → { "watcherId": "..." } — stop with inbound_watcher_stop; inspect with inbound_watcher_list
Modes: spawn (always fresh agent — the default), route (bound contacts only, skips unbound), route-or-spawn (hybrid). Watcher cursors survive daemon restarts only if the watcher was stopped cleanly — after any restart, check inbound_watcher_list before starting a duplicate.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ap-transmit is a skill published in the GitHub repository agentproto/ts (10 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 79 tokens to every session and 1,074 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
