aget: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/aget-create-rubric/SKILL.md

aget-create-rubric is a skill for Claude Code from aget-framework/aget. It costs 33 tokens per session (1,620 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A rubric-creation guide for building a scoring table with criteria suited to the subject being judged. A rubric explains how to assess work consistently.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create rubrics for skill proposals, investment decisions, session quality, release readiness, or other defined evaluation tasks.
Why use it?
It provides a shared method for creating rubrics instead of making each agent invent its own structure and storage approach.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.01620
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00810
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00324
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00162

Security

Grade A, and why

aget-create-rubric scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/aget-create-rubric

Create scoring rubrics with domain-adaptive structure, extreme anchoring, and governed storage. Wraps SOP_RUBRIC_CREATION.md and RUBRIC.template.md into a Generator-level skill.

Purpose

Six agents actively produce rubrics with four incompatible storage conventions and no shared construction methodology (L731). The SOP and template are mature (v1.0, active since 2026-02-13) but require manual discovery and application. This skill is the ADR-008 Generator level for rubric creation, progressing from the current Strict level (SOP + template).

Evidence: L731 (Fleet Rubric Adoption Snapshot), L730 (Domain-Fit Gap), L729 (Assessment Tool Recursion), L518 (Conformance Assessment Pattern). SOP + template mature 4+ months. 6 agents producing rubrics without tooling.

Input

$ARGUMENTS - Description of what the rubric will evaluate

Examples:

  • /aget-create-rubric skill proposal readiness — Rubric for evaluating skill proposals
  • /aget-create-rubric CI/CD investment priority — Rubric for CI/CD decisions
  • /aget-create-rubric session process quality — Rubric for session quality assessment
  • create a rubric for release readiness — Natural language trigger

Execution

Step 1: Domain Identification

Prompt for or derive from $ARGUMENTS:

  1. Evaluation target: What will be scored? (artifact, process, decision, behavior)
  2. Decision this supports: What action does scoring inform? (approve/reject, prioritize, improve)
  3. Assessor: Who scores? (human, agent, hybrid) — per SOP Phase 1 Step 1 prerequisite (L730)

If assessor is not provided, this is a blocking prerequisite — ask before proceeding.

Step 2: Domain Classification

Classify the rubric domain to determine label set:

Domain Type L0 L1 L2 L3
Conformance Non-Conformant Baseline Compliant Exemplary
Creative Quality Unrecognizable Emerging Achieved Transcendent
Maturity Initial Developing Defined Optimizing
Process Quality Ad-hoc Repeatable Measured Optimizing

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
