What is history-insight?

A skill for accessing and saving Claude Code session history. Claude Code is a coding assistant, and a session is one recorded working conversation with it.

Use it to capture, save, extract, summarize, or review Claude Code session history.

It lets you preserve or refer back to earlier coding conversations instead of relying on memory or manually searching them.
