analyze

analyze is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ai-search-guru/getcito-worlds-first-open-source-aio-aeo-or-geo-tool. It costs 21 tokens per session (569 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An analysis workflow for explaining changes in a brand's visibility in AI-generated answers. It compares periods and examines prompts, mentions, competitors, citations, and AI-driven traffic.

In plain words
What is it for?
Investigating visibility trends, competitor movement, cited pages, how AI describes a brand, and traffic from AI services.
Why use it?
It helps distinguish a meaningful change from normal week-to-week variation and identify possible reasons for it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00569
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00228
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00114
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00057

Security

Grade A, and why

analyze scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Analyze

The playbook of the /analyze shortcut ("Analyze …"): what changed in the brand's AI visibility, why, and whether it is more than normal swing.

Data plan

Read one to three of these, the ones the request is about, for the chat's brand:

  1. Visibility: get_overview_summary, or get_visibility_summary and get_visibility_trend.
  2. Prompts: get_prompt_performance and list_prompts.
  3. Mentions: get_mentions_summary, and get_mentions_perception for how AI describes the brand.
  4. Competitors: get_competitor_comparison.
  5. Citations: list_citations.
  6. AI traffic: get_ai_traffic_summary, and get_gsc_summary or get_ga_summary when connected.
  7. Why one number moved: explain_change.

Use list_brands only when no brand is selected, and open_page to link the page that shows the numbers.

Scope: the page's date range when the message came with one, else the last 30 days against the 30 before, on every platform the plan tracks. Give dates only for the period before, or a period the person names.

Questions

  • Ask for the period or the competitor only when the request names neither and the answer would change with it. Otherwise use the default scope and say so.

Steps

  1. Read the period and the one before it, for the sources the request is about.
  2. Lead with the change: the metric, both values, and whether it is within normal swing.
  3. Then why: the prompts, platforms, pages and competitors that moved most, with their numbers.
  4. Say what moved together and when; never that one change caused another.

Output

Text, with a table when it compares more than three rows: Metric or prompt, This period, Before, Change.

Next moves

Two or three, such as "Send to Action Center" for a finding worth acting on, or refreshing a page that lost citations.

Don't

  • Never present a cut list as complete, or a change within normal swing as a trend.
  • Never report a platform the plan doesn't track.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

analyze is a skill published in the GitHub repository ai-search-guru/getcito-worlds-first-open-source-aio-aeo-or-geo-tool (449 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 21 tokens to every session and 569 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-05.
