opportunities

opportunities is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ai-search-guru/getcito-worlds-first-open-source-aio-aeo-or-geo-tool. It costs 24 tokens per session (487 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A content-opportunity finder that identifies questions where a brand is less visible in AI answers, useful pages to create or update, and outside sources that cite competitors instead.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to choose pages to write or improve, find sources worth approaching, and discover new questions to track.
Why use it?
It turns missing visibility into possible actions on your own website and on third-party sites.

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00487
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00195
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00097
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00049

Measured yesterday against content hash 89aea7280937, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

opportunities scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Find opportunities

The playbook of the /opportunities shortcut ("Find content opportunities for …"): where the brand could be cited and isn't yet, on its own site and off it.

Data plan

Read only these, for the chat's brand and the topic the person names:

  1. list_content_opportunities: the prompts where the brand loses visibility, and the page that would win them.
  2. list_citations: the domains and pages AI cites, and which of them cite competitors but not the brand.
  3. get_competitor_comparison: who wins the prompts the brand loses.
  4. get_fanouts: searches the engines run that no tracked prompt covers.
  5. list_prompt_suggestions and get_prompt_insights: prompts worth tracking, with their demand.
  6. get_gsc_summary, when Search Console is connected.

Use list_brands only when no brand is selected, and open_page to link Content Opportunities.

Scope: the last 30 days, every platform the plan tracks.

Questions

  • When the request doesn't say, ask whether to look at the brand's own site, off-site sources, or both.

Steps

  1. On the site: the opportunities with the highest score, each with the page to write or update.
  2. Off the site: the domains AI cites for competitors and not for the brand (Reddit, directories, publishers), with what each would need.
  3. Prompts to track: the fan-outs and suggestions with the most demand that aren't tracked yet.

Output

A table: Opportunity, Where (site or off-site), Why (the prompts and engines), Next step.

Next moves

Two or three, such as "Create content for #1" or "Track these prompts".

Don't

  • Never add prompts without the tool that does it, and the app asks the person first.
  • Never promise rankings or citations.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
