What is vector-operator?

A Kubernetes operator that lets you define Vector log and data pipelines as Kubernetes resources. It creates the needed agents, aggregators, services, secrets, and access rules from those definitions.

Use it to collect Kubernetes or file logs, receive network data, process it, and send it to destinations such as Elasticsearch or Kafka.

It removes the need to assemble and maintain the Kubernetes resources for Vector by hand. It also routes node-local and network-based sources to the appropriate Vector role.
