Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Fable 5.1 $0.00051 $0.02318
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.01159

Security

Grade A, and why

creative-production-offer-explorer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/build_offer_explorer.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Offer Explorer

Generate product-, digital-product-, venue-, service-, or experience-specific image prompts across the business visual prompt library, then package the outputs as a reviewable offer exploration: prompt manifest, JSONL batch, individual images, contact sheet, and HTML gallery.

Read references/experience-contract.md before writing the user-facing handoff or reporting artifact links.

Read references/artifact-contracts.md before creating, repairing, or reporting artifacts.

Read references/codex-exec-image-generation.md before running image generation.

Read references/image-building-strategy.md alongside the Codex exec contract for first-pass imagery rules.

Pipeline Role

Use it to test one product, packaging reference, digital product UI, venue, service experience, or product concept across the prompt-family library. It produces directional evidence and handoff specs, not canonical production assets.

The default core family run is 25 starter prompt families. The number describes starter directions in the pack, not a required mood-board tile count. Generate one image per selected family only when the user asks for generation or clearly wants the complete review gallery.

Explorer outputs should include offer facts to preserve, family or route coverage, a prompt manifest, generated images when requested, a contact sheet or review gallery, recommended directions, and a concise build handoff for the next skill.

Use active Build/Polish owners only after a canonical or selected base exists:

  • Use the mood-board app's Remix controls for controlled variations after a review gallery has concrete outputs to vary.
  • generative-polish for publish-bound marketing finish.

Use moodboard-explorer first when the request is broader than an offer anchor: campaign mood, brand direction, audience feel, or creative territory exploration.

Use scene-explorer first when the request is primarily about environments, customer moments, point-of-sale scenes, venue/service contexts, or where a supplied offer should appear in the real world.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
