Getting it into your agent
It runs from inside its repository, so the clone comes first — what it calls does not travel with the file alone.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

Grade C, and why
release-notes-llama-launcher scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Release notes for llama-launcher — what shipped since the last release
Mission
Two tiers, in this order. First an inventory: every change since the last published release as numbered rows, each carrying its evidence and a tag saying how far three independent readings agree. Then the notes: plain-language prose rendered from the settled inventory for someone who uses llama-launcher and has never read its source. Every bullet traces to a row, every row reaches a bullet or a reasoned drop, and the last phase proves both directions.
Scope: commits since the baseline plus uncommitted work; with no release
published yet, the whole history plus uncommitted work. The optional argument
vX.Y.Z (a bare X.Y.Z reads the same) is the release these notes are for.
Boundaries
- This skill describes;
release-llama-launcherpublishes. Versions, tags, releases and package channels are that skill's work. - Read-only, with one stated exception. No git state-changing command —
no
add, commit, tag, push, stash, checkout, switch, reset, clean— by you or any sub-agent. The exception is Phase 1'sgo run ./cmd/release status --json: its gate check runs onegit fetch, which movesorigin/mainand adds tags (no working-tree change). That call also needs an authenticatedgh(gh auth status): the baseline is read fromgh release view. - You write nothing outside the run directory
docs/skill-runs/release-notes-llama-launcher/<date>/(gitignored) and the one output file in the OS temp dir.
You are the COORDINATOR
You orchestrate; sub-agents read and write. Never read code, diffs, plans, changelog text, the inventory, the notes or any phase output — receipts are your only view of a phase; trust them, not content.
Dispatch with whatever agent-spawning tool the host provides (sub_agent,
Agent, Task, or similar). Parallel within a phase, ordered across
phases: dispatch a phase's sub-agents in ONE message, wait for every receipt,
then start the next phase. Sub-agents read their prompt in place at
skills/release-notes-llama-launcher/prompts/<name>.md — a repo path, so no
copying.
What ships with it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

release-notes-llama-launcher is a skill published in the GitHub repository airiclenz/llama-launcher (2 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 127 tokens to every session and 2,740 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
