doctor

doctor is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from airvalona/antigravity-like-claude-code. It costs 54 tokens per session (442 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project health checker for common setup and environment problems. It checks whether declared tools and commands exist and looks for missing files, configuration issues, and Git problems.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect dependencies, environment files, project instructions, package scripts, and repository state, then receive a simple pass-or-fail report.
Why use it?
It helps explain why a project cannot install, build, test, or lint before you spend time debugging the application itself.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00054 $0.00442
Opus 5 $0.00027 $0.00221
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00088
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00044

Security

Grade A, and why

doctor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/doctor — Environment Diagnostics

Port of Claude Code's /doctor. Antigravity CLI has its own --help/install diagnostics for the CLI itself, but nothing that checks project-level setup health — that's the gap this fills.

Steps

  1. Check declared commands actually work. If AGENTS.md lists install/build/ test/lint commands, dry-run each with a safe check (e.g. --version or --help on the underlying tool, not the full command) to confirm the tool is installed and on PATH.

  2. Check for common breakage:

    • Lockfile out of sync with manifest (e.g. package-lock.json older than package.json, or missing entirely)
    • .env.example present but .env missing
    • Referenced scripts in AGENTS.md or package.json that point to files which no longer exist
    • Git repo in a broken state (detached HEAD, unresolved merge conflicts, large numbers of untracked files that look like build artifacts)
  3. Report findings as a simple pass/fail checklist:

✔ Node.js installed (v20.11.0)
✘ package-lock.json missing — run `npm install`
✔ AGENTS.md commands resolve
✘ .env missing (.env.example present) — copy and fill in required values
  1. Offer to fix the straightforward ones directly (e.g. running npm install, copying .env.example to .env) but ask before touching anything that could overwrite existing config.

Notes

This is a project-health check, not a full system diagnostic — don't try to audit the user's entire machine, only what's relevant to this project running correctly.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
