impeccable

impeccable is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from aivrar/portable-hermes-agent. It costs 18 tokens per session (429 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of impeccable, MIT.

A design guide for AI coding agents that helps create and review website interfaces. It includes named design tasks and a checker for common visual patterns.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to start a design review, refine colors, typography, layout, animation, accessibility, or responsive behavior, and document interface decisions.
Why use it?
It gives the agent a consistent way to improve interface choices and spot recurring design problems. The checker can find some issues without an AI service or API key.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00018 $0.00429
Opus 5 $0.00009 $0.00215
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00086
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00043

Security

Grade A, and why

impeccable scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Impeccable (upstream-maintained)

Catalog stub. This entry is maintained upstream at pbakaus/impeccable: the project ships and verifies a Hermes-native skill bundle under .hermes/skills/. hermes skills install impeccable pulls the current bundle live from that repo (quarantined and scanned like any hub install) — this directory holds only the catalog metadata, so the vendored copy can never go stale.

Impeccable is a design language for AI coding agents: one skill exposing 23 sub-commands (/impeccable init, craft, shape, critique, audit, polish, bolder, quieter, distill, harden, onboard, animate, colorize, typeset, layout, delight, overdrive, clarify, adapt, optimize, extract, document, live), explicit anti-pattern guidance (overused fonts, purple gradients, nested cards, bounce easing), and a 61-rule deterministic detector CLI (npx impeccable detect) that needs no LLM or API key.

After install, start with:

/impeccable init

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
