M3E: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/inko/SKILL.md

inko is a skill for Claude Code from akaghef/M3E. It costs 154 tokens per session (1,675 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An agent-to-agent messaging skill for sending requests between a Mac-based Claude agent and a Windows Codex agent through a shared bridge. It distinguishes messages that do not wait for a reply, calls that wait for one, and handoffs to a person.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for sending asynchronous tasks, waiting for synchronous replies, handing work to a person, and checking or routing pending bridge messages.
Why use it?
It gives cross-computer agent communication a defined format and routing process. This avoids confusing a high-level request with the lower-level act of placing a message in a shared folder.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00154 $0.01675
Opus 5.5 $0.00062 $0.00670
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00031 $0.00335
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00168

Security

Grade A, and why

inko scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

inko — Claude Director 版

Claude(Director)が Akaghef-Bridge 経由で Windows Codex(または他エージェント)と 通信するためのスキル。

      → ~/Akaghef-Bridge/pending/mac_to_windows/

Inko Message

{UTC timestamp}Z-mac-claude-inko-message-{topic}-{seq}.json
例: 20260615T120000Z-mac-claude-inko-message-data-sync-verify-001.json

date -u +%Y%m%dT%H%M%SZ

{
  "schema": "akaghef.inko.message.v1",
  "kind": "request.inko.message",
  "id": "{ファイル名から拡張子を除いたもの}",
  "thread": "{テーマを表すスラッグ}",
  "from": "mac-claude",
  "to": "windows-codex",
  "created_at_utc": "{UTC ISO8601}",
  "priority": "normal",
  "reply_to": [],
  "title": "{件名}",
  "basis": "DP2 / async inko message",
  "summary": "{1行要約}",
  "body": "{本文}",
  "request": {
    "operation": "{操作名}",
    "reply_required": true
  },
  "transport": {
    "layer": "a2a",
    "route": "Akaghef-Bridge pending/mac_to_windows"
  }
}

  • request.inko.message — 依頼・確認要求
  • result.inko.message — 結果報告(返信)
  • notify.inko.message — 通知のみ(返信不要)

3. Bridge

cp /tmp/{packet}.json ~/Akaghef-Bridge/pending/mac_to_windows/{filename}.json

Inko Call

call.open パケット

{
  "schema": "akaghef.inko.call.v1",
  "kind": "call.open",
  "id": "{id}",
  "call_id": "inko-{UTC timestamp}-{topic}",
  "thread": "{thread}",

  "priority": "normal",
  "title": "{件名}",
  "goal": "{達成条件}",
  "done_when": "{完了判定}",
  "max_rounds": 3,
  "timeout_seconds": 300,
  "basis": "DP2 / inko call"
}

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

inko is a skill published in the GitHub repository akaghef/M3E (11 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 154 tokens to every session and 1,675 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
