Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00077 | $0.01200 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00039 | $0.00600 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00240 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00120 |
Grade A, and why
check-my-inbox scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 68 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Check My Inbox
One skill for every "what do I need to look at right now?" ask. Branches on scope.
When to use
- morning-brief - "morning brief" / "what's on my plate?" / "where do I start?"
- overdue - "what's overdue?" / "what's about to miss response-time targets?" / called automatically inside
morning-brief. - stale-threads - "what's waiting on me?" / "anything stale?" - threads > 48h mid-resolution, ball in your court.
Connections I need
I run external work through Composio. Before this skill runs I check that the categories below are linked. Missing → I name the category, ask you to connect it from the Integrations tab, stop.
- Inbox (Gmail / Outlook) - scan the live inbox for fresh items, not just
conversations.json. Required. - Support helpdesk (Intercom / Zendesk / Help Scout) - alternate to Inbox if customer messages land there instead. Required if you don't use Gmail / Outlook for support.
If neither inbox nor helpdesk is connected I stop and ask you to link the one you actually use.
Information I need
I read your support context first. For every required field that's missing I ask ONE plain-language question (best modality: connected app > file drop > URL > paste) and wait.
- Response-time targets - Required. Why I need it: thresholds for "overdue" come from your numbers, not mine. If missing I ask: "What response time do you want to hit for urgent tickets, and what's acceptable for the rest?"
- VIP list - Required. Why I need it: VIPs always rank above non-VIPs in the morning brief. If missing I ask: "Which 3 to 5 customers should always rise to the top of the queue?"
- Connected channels - Required. Why I need it: I need to know which inboxes count as "support" so I'm not scanning your personal mail. If missing I ask: "Which inbox or help-desk holds your customer threads?"
Parameter: scope
morning-brief- top 5–10 items ranked by (VIP × response-time-at-risk × unblocking-engineering). Each item: 1-line headline + next action. Writes tobriefings/{YYYY-MM-DD}.md.overdue- open conversations within 2h of missing response-time targets OR already overdue, with customer tier, time remaining, exact next action. Writes tooverdue-reports/{YYYY-MM-DD}.md.stale-threads- conversations quiet > 48h with me as last responder, grouped by "customer replied and I missed it" vs "I owe them something." Writes tostale-rescues/{YYYY-MM-DD}.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
