mine-my-sales-calls

mine-my-sales-calls is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from akiotanaka847/qaio-desktop. It costs 64 tokens per session (1,465 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool for examining recorded sales conversations and extracting the exact language customers use. It looks for pain points, objections, and clues about how customers describe the product or problem.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to find recurring customer complaints, objection patterns, and positioning clues in Gong, Fireflies, Fathom, or pasted call transcripts, then inform headlines, advertising, and landing pages.
Why use it?
It replaces marketer guesses with words taken from real customer conversations. That makes it easier to understand what buyers struggle with and how they talk about it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00064 $0.01465
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00732
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00293
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00146

Security

Grade A, and why

mine-my-sales-calls scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Mine My Sales Calls

Pull the exact words your customers use from your sales call recordings. I extract verbatim pain phrases, objection patterns, and positioning signals. Highest-leverage research input I have - verbatim customer language beats any marketer paraphrase.

When to use

  • "mine my sales calls" / "what are customers saying" / "extract objections from my calls".
  • "pull positioning signals from last week's calls".
  • Called implicitly by set-up-my-marketing-info (when pushing for verbatim quotes) and profile-my-customer (when building pains / objections sections).

Connections I need

I run external work through Composio. Before this skill runs I check that the categories below are linked. Missing -> I name the category, ask you to connect it from the Integrations tab, stop.

  • Meeting notes (Gong, Fireflies, Fathom, Circleback) - pull recent call transcripts. Required (or you paste transcripts directly).

If no meeting-notes app is connected and you can't paste transcripts I stop and ask you to connect Gong, Fireflies, or Fathom from the Integrations tab.

Information I need

I read your marketing context first. For every required field that's missing I ask ONE plain-language question (best modality: connected app > file drop > URL > paste) and wait.

  • Your positioning - Required. Why I need it: I anchor the mining against your current claims so I can flag where customers contradict them. If missing I ask: "Want me to draft your positioning first? It's one action, takes about five minutes."
  • Which calls to mine - Required. Why I need it: I won't pull your entire history blindly. If missing I ask: "Which batch should I pull, the last five calls, the last ten, a date range, or one specific account?"
  • Pasted transcripts - Required only if no meeting-notes app is connected. If missing I ask: "Drop one to three call recordings or paste the transcripts you want me to read."

Steps

  1. Read positioning doc (own file): context/marketing-context.md. Anchor mining - look for quotes that support, update, or contradict current claims.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
