(MAR, esiteasetus) + Fivan määräykset ja Nasdaq Helsingin säännöt.

- Lykkääminen — edellytykset (oikeutettu etu, ei harhaanjohtavuutta, luottamuksellisuus turvattu) ja menettely (lykkäyspäätöksen dokumentointi, ilmoitus Fivalle julkistettaessa) — yksityiskohdat lähteestä.
- Sisäpiiriluettelot — hankekohtaiset; ajantasaisuus, tietoisuusvahvistukset; pysyvät sisäpiiriläiset eri asia.
- Tiedon vuotaminen → välitön julkistaminen; huhujen kommentointipolitiikka valmiiksi.
