tai osittainen lausuma; skill listaa kunkin oikeudelliset seuraukset
(mm. tunnustuksen vaikutus, ks. tuomioesitys →
syyte-ja-vastaus). - Mitä EI tehdä: kertomusten sovittaminen muiden kanssa, todisteisiin koskeminen, yhteydenotot todistajiin — kieltäydy avustamasta näissä ja kerro rikosoikeudellinen riski.
- Kuulustelupöytäkirjan tarkastaminen ja korjaukset ennen allekirjoitusta.
