- Huumausainerikokset — käyttö, hallussapito, levittäminen, tekomuodot.
- Viranomais- ja oikeudenkäyttörikokset — esim. väärä ilmianto, perätön lausuma, virkarikokset.
- Liikennerikokset — esim. rattijuopumus, liikenneturvallisuuden vaarantaminen (osin oma sääntelynsä).
