Vaihe 0: Saatavan kunto
Ennen perintätoimia varmista premissit:

- Velallisen puolella: tarkista perintäkulujen lainmukaisuus, vaadi erittely, riitauta perusteeton saatava kirjallisesti ja nosta esiin maksusuunnitelman mahdollisuus.
