- Tietojen antaminen henkilöstön edustajille.
- Neuvottelut laissa säädetyn vähimmäisajan ja -sisällön mukaisesti; käsiteltävä myös vaihtoehtoja vähentämiselle.
- Selvitys neuvottelujen tuloksista ja päätöksistä.
