huashu-agent-swarm

huashu-agent-swarm is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from alchaincyf/huashu-skills. It costs 54 tokens per session (1,075 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A mode for running multiple coding agents in parallel, sometimes called an agent swarm. An agent is a software worker that carries out a defined task.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for starting parallel-agent work, swarm mode, or repeated agent loops when the user explicitly requests them.
Why use it?
It helps divide work across several agents when one agent working alone would be too slow or limited.

About the project

huashu-skills is a catalogue of Agent Skills, which are reusable instruction packages that extend coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Kimi Code for particular tasks. It organizes skills for design, research, document conversion, content creation, and other workflows, and includes machine-readable metadata and update checking. The catalogue entries are the skills and related tools that agents install and use.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00054 $0.01075
Opus 5.5 $0.00022 $0.00430
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00215
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00108

Security

Grade A, and why

huashu-agent-swarm scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 7 executable files (scripts/agent_loop.sh, scripts/dashboard.py, scripts/send_input.sh, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

  • tmux(brew install tmux)
  • claude CLI(已安装)

bash SKILL_DIR/scripts/setup_project.sh <项目目录>

  • AGENT_PROMPT.md - 从模板生成,需要我根据用户需求定制
  • TASKS.md - 初始任务清单
  • current_tasks/ - 任务认领目录
  • agent_logs/ - 日志目录

然后我根据 references/agent-prompt-template.md 定制 AGENT_PROMPT.md,填入项目具体信息。

Step 3:

bash SKILL_DIR/scripts/start_swarm.sh <agent数量> <项目目录>

这会:

  1. 为每个agent创建 git worktree(共享.git对象库,不浪费磁盘)

python3 SKILL_DIR/scripts/dashboard.py <项目目录> 8420

  • 输入框直接发送指令给agent(写入HUMAN_INPUT.md)

bash SKILL_DIR/scripts/status.sh <项目目录>

bash SKILL_DIR/scripts/send_input.sh <项目目录> "你的指令"

Step 5: 停止

bash SKILL_DIR/scripts/stop_swarm.sh <项目目录>

Git

  • 通过 TASKS.md 了解全局进度

Git Worktree

sleep间隔 5秒 agent_loop.sh中可调

合并冲突 AGENT_PROMPT指导小粒度commit
磁盘空间 stop_swarm.sh自动清理
成本失控 可在AGENT_PROMPT中限制session数

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
