What is telegram-worklog?

A Telegram-based electronic work log for collecting daily reports from construction sites. Foremen and supervisors submit completed work, quantities, staff, equipment, risks, and related details through a bot.

Collecting site reports, storing project and section data, exporting records for analysis, and supporting plan-versus-actual progress reviews.

It replaces scattered site updates with structured records stored in one place. This makes daily reporting and comparing planned work with actual progress easier.

Структура отчёта

Обязательные поля

Проект — название или код проекта
Участок/Секция — место выполнения работ
Дата — дата выполнения работ
Выполненные работы — описание выполненных работ
Объёмы — количество с единицами измерения (м³, м², м, шт, тонн)

Дополнительные поля

Персонал — количество человек, ФИО ключевых специалистов
Техника — используемая техника и оборудование
Погода — погодные условия (температура, осадки, ветер)
Проблемы/Риски — выявленные проблемы или риски
План на завтра — запланированные работы на следующий день
Фото/Документы — прикреплённые файлы
