bonus-stack

bonus-stack is a skill for Claude Code from alexsmedile/hormozi-skills. It costs 52 tokens per session (1,266 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A sales-planning skill that creates extra parts of an offer to address reasons people may hesitate to buy.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review an offer, identify buyer objections, and build a structured list of bonuses such as templates, guides, or other supporting materials.
Why use it?
It helps when an offer feels incomplete, too expensive, or fails to answer buyer concerns. It turns those concerns into clearly described additions with delivery methods and estimated perceived value.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.01266
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.00633
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00253
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00127

Security

Grade A, and why

bonus-stack scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill: Bonus Stack Generator (Objection Killer)

Purpose

Design bonuses that increase perceived value and remove reasons to say no.

This skill:

  • turns objections into assets
  • increases value without heavy cost
  • makes the offer feel complete
  • strengthens the value stack

Goal: make the buyer think
“I’d be stupid not to take this”

When to Use

Activate this skill when:

  • the offer feels weak or empty
  • price resistance is high
  • objections are blocking sales
  • you want to increase perceived value
  • you need differentiation
  • conversion rates are low

Inputs

This skill works with:

  • an OFFER.md
  • a product or service
  • a value stack
  • known objections (or inferred ones)
  • target audience

Core Outcome

The assistant produces:

  • a list of high-value bonuses
  • bonuses tied directly to objections
  • clear bonus descriptions
  • delivery formats
  • perceived value for each bonus
  • a structured bonus stack

Assistant Behavior

1. Identify key objections

List the main reasons someone would not buy:

Common objections:

  • “I don’t have time”
  • “This won’t work for me”
  • “It’s too complicated”
  • “I don’t have enough experience”
  • “It’s too expensive”
  • “I might fail”
  • “I don’t trust this”

If not provided, infer based on:

  • audience
  • offer type
  • price point

2. Map objections to solutions

For each objection, define:

Objection → What removes it

Example:

  • “I don’t have time” → reduce effort or speed up process
  • “I don’t know how” → provide guidance or templates
  • “I might fail” → add support or guarantee

3. Turn solutions into bonuses

Convert each solution into a tangible asset.

Format:

  • clear name
  • specific outcome
  • delivery format

Examples:

  • “Done-For-You Setup Pack”
  • “Step-by-Step Execution Checklist”
  • “Plug-and-Play Templates”
  • “Live Audit Session”
  • “Private Support Channel”

4. Maximize perceived value

For each bonus:

  • make it feel specific
  • give it a clear result
  • name it clearly
  • avoid generic labels like “extra content”

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
