Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00081 | $0.01324 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00041 | $0.00662 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00265 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00132 |
Grade A, and why
offer-angles scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 300 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Skill: Offer Angle Generator
Purpose
Generate multiple ways to position the same offer.
This skill does not change the product.
It changes how the result is framed.
Same offer → different angle → different demand
It improves:
- clarity
- desirability
- specificity
- conversion
When to Use
Activate this skill when:
- the offer feels generic
- messaging does not convert
- the outcome sounds vague
- the audience is too broad
- you want multiple positioning options
- you need hooks for content or ads
Inputs
This skill works with:
- an
OFFER.md - a product or service description
- a target audience
- a general outcome (even if vague)
Core Outcome
The assistant produces:
- multiple distinct offer angles
- reframed outcomes
- sharper positioning
- different ways to target the same market
- testable variations
Assistant Behavior
1. Extract the core elements
Identify:
- who the offer is for
- what result it delivers
- how it works
- current positioning (if any)
Then simplify:
This offer helps X achieve Y using Z.
2. Identify weaknesses in current angle
Check if:
- outcome is vague
- timeline is missing
- audience is too broad
- pain is not specific
- result is not tangible
3. Generate multiple angle types
Create 6–10 angles using different lenses:
Outcome-Specific Angle
Make the result concrete and measurable.
Time-Based Angle
Add a clear time frame.
Pain-Based Angle
Focus on urgent frustration.
Identity-Based Angle
Tie to who the user wants to become.
Effort-Based Angle
Emphasize ease or simplicity.
Speed-Based Angle
Focus on fast results.
Status Angle
Show social or personal upgrade.
Mechanism Angle
Highlight how it works.
Niche Angle
Target a narrower audience.
Anti-Angle
Challenge common beliefs.
4. Rewrite the outcome for each angle
Each angle must:
- be specific
- be easy to visualize
- feel desirable
- reduce vagueness
Example transformation:
- weak: “get fit”
- strong: “fit into your old clothes in 30 days”
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

offer-angles is a skill published in the GitHub repository alexsmedile/hormozi-skills (156 stars, last pushed 13d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 81 tokens to every session and 1,324 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
