omni-providers

omni-providers is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from alrcatraz/astra-aigate. It costs 50 tokens per session (1,767 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of omni-providers, MIT.

An API for managing connections to AI providers, including API keys, OAuth sign-ins, and connection tests. Providers are external AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to list provider accounts, create or update their settings, remove them, and test whether they connect successfully through REST requests.
Why use it?
It gives you one interface for adding, changing, removing, checking, and listing provider connections instead of handling each integration separately.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00050 $0.01767
Opus 5 $0.00025 $0.00883
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00353
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00177

Security

Grade A, and why

omni-providers scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Manage provider connections, API keys, OAuth flows, and connection tests via the REST API. List, add, update, remove, and test AI provider integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and 160+).

Authentication

All requests require a valid Bearer token or session cookie. Obtain a token via POST /api/auth/login or configure REQUIRE_API_KEY=false for local development.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
