omni-resilience

omni-resilience is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from alrcatraz/astra-aigate. It costs 40 tokens per session (1,099 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of omni-resilience, MIT.

A monitoring tool for checking AI service providers, circuit breakers, response-time percentiles, spending alerts, connection cooldowns, and model lockouts.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect system health, provider protection states, latency, rate limits, budget alerts, active connections, and cache information through an API.
Why use it?
It helps you see whether providers are healthy, slow, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable without checking each system separately.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00040 $0.01099
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.00549
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00220
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00110

Security

Grade A, and why

omni-resilience scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Overview

Monitor provider health, circuit-breaker states, p50/p95/p99 latency metrics, and budget guard alerts. Inspect connection cooldowns and model lockouts in real time.

Authentication

All requests require a valid Bearer token or session cookie. Obtain a token via POST /api/auth/login or configure REQUIRE_API_KEY=false for local development.

Endpoints

GET /api/monitoring/health

System health check

Returns system health including uptime, memory, circuit breakers, rate limits

curl https://localhost:20128/api/monitoring/health \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $OMNIROUTE_TOKEN"

Payloads

See the full OpenAPI specification at GET /api/openapi/spec or docs/openapi.yaml for detailed request/response schemas.

OmniRoute — Monitoring & Health

Requires OMNIROUTE_URL and OMNIROUTE_KEY. See entry-point SKILL for setup.

System health

curl $OMNIROUTE_URL/api/health \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $OMNIROUTE_KEY"

Returns: uptime, memory, active connections, circuit breaker states, rate limit status, cache stats.

Unauthenticated quick check:

curl $OMNIROUTE_URL/api/health
# → {"ok":true}

Provider circuit breakers

Circuit breakers prevent traffic from hitting failing providers.

States: CLOSED (normal), OPEN (blocked), HALF_OPEN (probe mode — auto-recovers).

curl $OMNIROUTE_URL/api/monitoring/health \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $OMNIROUTE_KEY"

Response includes circuitBreakers array with per-provider state and resetAt timestamp.

Per-provider metrics (p50/p95/p99)

curl $OMNIROUTE_URL/api/providers/metrics \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $OMNIROUTE_KEY"

Response shape per provider:

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
