What is issue-triage?

A command for reviewing open GitHub issues one by one and assigning each an evidence-based status. GitHub is a service for hosting code and its issue tracker.

Use `/issue-triage sweep` to inspect issues, optionally limit the time range or issue numbers, run a dry run, and write approved hygiene updates.

It reduces neglected or stale issue-tracker work while keeping proposed changes for the user to approve.
