start

start is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ansvisor/ansvisor. It costs 21 tokens per session (478 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of start, MIT.

A setup guide for an Ansvisor brand workspace. It checks which onboarding steps are complete, what remains to be configured, and whether services such as Google Search Console or Analytics are connected.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review onboarding progress, see configured competitors, topics, and prompts, and open the pages needed to complete setup.
Why use it?
It gives a new user a clear next step instead of requiring them to inspect setup pages and connections manually. It also explains why each open step matters for AI visibility.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00478
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00191
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00096
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00048

Measured 3d ago against content hash 29718c88e981, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

start scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Get started

The playbook of the /start shortcut ("Help me get started. What should I set up first?"): what to set up next in Ansvisor, from where the brand stands today.

Data plan

Read only these, for the chat's brand:

  1. get_onboarding_progress: the Getting started steps, done and open, in stage order.
  2. list_competitors, list_topics and list_prompts: how many competitors, topics and prompts the brand has.
  3. list_connections: whether Google Search Console and Analytics are connected for the brand.
  4. get_plan_facts, only when an open step depends on what the plan includes.
  5. list_brands only when no brand is selected, and open_page to link each step's page.

Questions

  • When the workspace has two brands or more and none is selected, ask which brand to set up first.
  • Nothing else: the progress answers the rest.

Steps

  1. Say where the brand stands in one line: how many steps are done, out of how many.
  2. List the open steps in stage order, five at most. For each: what it needs, why it matters for AI answers, and its page, linked with open_page.
  3. For anything the person connects themselves (Search Console, Analytics, the AI Traffic snippet), give the short steps they take.
  4. When every step is done, say so and point to the brand's first results instead.

Output

Text: the one-line status, then the open steps as a numbered list.

Next moves

The next open steps, such as "Add 3 competitors" or "Connect Google Search Console".

Don't

  • Never mark a Getting started step done or skip one: it completes through its own check.
  • Add competitors, topics or prompts only with the tools that do it, and the app asks the person first.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
