unocss

unocss is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from antfu/skills. It costs 43 tokens per session (1,001 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of unocss, MIT.

A utility-first CSS engine that generates only the styling rules your project uses. CSS is the language that controls a webpage’s appearance, and utility classes are small reusable styling instructions such as spacing or text color.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to configure UnoCSS, write utility classes, create reusable style shortcuts, and work with presets such as Wind, Icons, or Attributify.
Why use it?
It lets you style interfaces with short classes while keeping the available rules configurable through presets, custom rules, shortcuts, themes, and variants.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00043 $0.01001
Opus 5 $0.00022 $0.00500
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00200
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00100

Security

Grade A, and why

unocss scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

UnoCSS is an instant atomic CSS engine designed to be flexible and extensible. The core is un-opinionated - all CSS utilities are provided via presets. It's a superset of Tailwind CSS, so you can reuse your Tailwind knowledge for basic syntax usage.

Important: Before writing UnoCSS code, agents should check for uno.config.* or unocss.config.* files in the project root to understand what presets, rules, and shortcuts are available. If the project setup is unclear, avoid using attributify mode and other advanced features - stick to basic class usage.

The skill is based on UnoCSS 66.x, generated at 2026-01-28.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
