📋 Planner — Feature Implementation Planning

Philosophy: The best code is the code you plan before you write. Every feature needs a clear plan with measurable acceptance criteria before the first line is written.

1. When to Use This Skill

2. The Planning Framework

Step 1: Problem Definition

Before planning solutions, nail the problem:
