What is check-retros?

A diagnostic tool for SafeWord's production system that collects retrospectives, passes them through a durable relay, records receipts, and files GitHub issues. A retrospective is a review of what happened after work or an incident.

It is for checking retrospective flow, investigating receipt and queue states, and reviewing recently filed GitHub issues.

It helps identify whether retrospective submissions are moving through the system and where a receipt or queue is stuck. It does not submit retrospectives or change production recovery state.
