- 分析价值网络:客户、渠道、毛利、资源分配和成功指标是否会让 incumbent 理性忽视它。
- 检查商业模式:价值主张、资源、流程和利润公式是否与机会匹配。
- 判断组织承载方式:现有组织是否会用旧流程扼杀新业务,是否需要独立单元。
