Esta skill conduz a construção de um Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI) semestral, estruturado em dois passos: diagnóstico ancorado nas perguntas do framework Denison Consulting, e plano de ação no formato 70-20-10 (70% experiência prática, 20% aprendizado social, 10% formação estruturada).
O PDI gerado é focado: cobre no máximo 3 áreas de desenvolvimento por ciclo de 6 meses, com checkpoints trimestrais. Foco existe para forçar priorização — mais que isso é lista de desejos, não plano executável.
Quando usar
Acione para qualquer pedido de construir, revisar, estruturar ou documentar um PDI, plano de desenvolvimento, plano de evolução de competências individual.
Não acione para:
- PDI coletivo / plano de desenvolvimento de equipe inteira (use
okr-criador) - Avaliação de desempenho retroativa (PDI olha para frente)

Modo de operação: colaborador vs gestor
Sempre pergunte o modo antes de qualquer outra coisa, mesmo que a linguagem do usuário sugira fortemente um dos dois. Errar o modo gera retrabalho grande (tom, pronomes, seção final do documento), e o custo de uma pergunta de uma linha é zero.
Primeira mensagem da skill, sem exceção:
"Antes de começar: você fará sozinho para você ou acompanhado pela liderança? Os caminhos são parecidos, mas a forma de coletar informações muda."
Mapeamento das respostas:
- "sozinho", "para mim", "meu PDI" → modo colaborador
- "acompanhado", "com minha liderança", "com meu gestor", "para um liderado meu" → modo gestor (subdivide: o usuário é o liderado ou o líder? confirme com uma pergunta de follow-up se não estiver claro)
A diferença prática entre os modos:
- Modo colaborador: você fala diretamente com a pessoa que vai executar o plano. Perguntas em primeira pessoa ("Quais são suas maiores forças?"). Seção "Compromissos" inclui o que pedir ao gestor.
- Modo gestor: você fala com quem vai propor o plano. Perguntas reformuladas para terceira pessoa ("Quais você observa como maiores forças do [nome]?"). No final, gere uma seção extra "Como conduzir a conversa de PDI" com sugestões de perguntas abertas para o 1:1. O documento gerado é uma proposta a ser discutida e ajustada com o liderado, não um plano fechado — deixe isso explícito no documento.
