flutter-animations-production-engineering

flutter-animations-production-engineering is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ariaramin/flutter-skills. It costs 121 tokens per session (3,292 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for adding motion to Flutter interfaces with the official animations package. It covers transitions between screens and content, including fades, scaling, shared movement, and container changes.

In plain words
What is it for?
It supports designing, implementing, reviewing, debugging, testing, optimizing, and migrating Flutter page and content transitions.
Why use it?
It helps choose motion that preserves navigation meaning, accessibility, right-to-left layouts, reduced-motion preferences, performance, and state identity.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00121 $0.03292
Opus 5.5 $0.00048 $0.01317
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00658
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00329

Security

Grade A, and why

flutter-animations-production-engineering scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 15d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Flutter animations Production Engineering

Treat motion as interaction architecture, not decoration. Preserve semantic clarity, route/state identity, accessibility, RTL correctness, responsive layout, frame delivery, memory, platform conventions, and maintainability.

Reference routing

Need Read
Package scope, semantic pattern selection, built-in alternatives references/01-foundations-selection.md
OpenContainer, Shared Axis, Fade Through, Fade Scale, switchers, keys, navigation references/02-patterns-navigation.md
Accessibility, RTL, reduced motion, lifecycle, rendering, images, lists, platform views references/03-accessibility-rendering.md
Web/desktop, profiling, memory, state, anti-patterns, tests, checklists references/04-profiling-architecture-testing.md
Workflow, completion gates, review heuristics, source conclusions references/05-workflow-review-sources.md

When an API default or route behavior is version-sensitive, read the matching reference before coding.

1. Inspect before choosing motion

Inspect:

  • pubspec.yaml, pubspec.lock, Flutter/Dart versions, resolved animations version;
  • Router/Navigator architecture, nested navigators, PageTransitionsTheme;
  • design-system motion tokens, theme, state ownership, responsive breakpoints;
  • reduced-motion/RTL/accessibility handling;
  • existing AnimatedSwitcher, Hero, implicit animations, custom routes/controllers;
  • heavy content: images, lists, slivers, charts, video, maps, WebViews, platform views, clips, shadows, filters, intrinsic layout;
  • tests that assume transition timing.

Do not introduce a second motion system merely because the package is available.

2. Describe the relationship first

Write one sentence before selecting a transition:

“This card becomes its details page.”
“These are sequential wizard steps.”
“These peer destinations replace each other.”
“This dialog is transient within the current context.”

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
