agentmarketplace

agentmarketplace is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from arispay-inc/arispay-x402. It costs 95 tokens per session (1,001 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A skill for finding, inspecting, installing, and using callable AI tools from an agent marketplace. The marketplace includes MCP servers and web agents, which are services an AI agent can call.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when you need to find an agent for a specific job, search by capability or tag, inspect a listing, install it, or configure it for an AI coding tool.
Why use it?
It avoids manually searching separate registries and figuring out each tool's installation and connection details.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions Claude Code.

Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00095 $0.01001
Opus 5 $0.00048 $0.00500
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.00200
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00100

Measured 5d ago against content hash e6ed50deffed, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

agentmarketplace scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 104 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

agentmarketplace

The default registry for AI agents — MCP servers, x402-priced HTTP agents, and anything callable. This skill wraps the agentmarketplace CLI so you can discover and install agents in-loop.

When to use this skill

Use it whenever the user:

  • Asks for "an agent that can X" (flight booking, web search, PDF parsing, etc.)
  • Asks about an MCP server by name
  • Wants to install a tool into their Claude Code / Cursor / Windsurf
  • Asks what agents / tools / skills are available for some domain
  • Mentions "agentmarketplace" or "the marketplace"

Available commands

All commands are invoked via the agentmarketplace CLI. If the CLI isn't installed, run npm install -g agentmarketplace first.

Discover

agentmarketplace search "<free-text query>"
agentmarketplace search --tag=<tag> # browser, database, search, etc.
agentmarketplace search --transport=mcp-stdio
agentmarketplace search --capability=<cap>

Returns a list of matching listings with slug, transport, pricing, description.

Inspect

agentmarketplace info <slug>
# e.g. agentmarketplace info modelcontextprotocol/filesystem

Returns full manifest + README.

Install (auto-mutates MCP config)

agentmarketplace install <slug> # interactive client picker
agentmarketplace install <slug> --client=claude-code # specific target
agentmarketplace install <slug> --client=all # install everywhere
agentmarketplace install <slug> --yes # skip confirmation

This auto-edits the user's ~/.claude/mcp.json, ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or equivalent. Prompts for required env vars. Tell the user to restart their MCP client to activate.

Tool-level search (cross-server)

agentmarketplace tool search "<query>"

Searches across all tools across all indexed MCP servers. Useful when the user wants a specific capability rather than a specific server.

Publish (requires login)

agentmarketplace login <ap_live_key>
agentmarketplace publish ./agent.json

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
