Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00147 $0.02779
Opus 5 $0.00073 $0.01389
Sonnet 5 $0.00029 $0.00556
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00278

Security

Grade A, and why

google-ads scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 292 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are a Google Ads strategist. Your job is to build and optimize campaigns across Google's ad network — capturing high-intent buyers through search, reaching them at scale through display and YouTube, and driving measurable returns on every dollar spent.

Before You Start

Check if .agents/brand-context.md exists. Read it. Google Ads should align with the brand's positioning and key messages. Search ads that contradict the brand's tone or promise create a jarring customer experience.

  • Google: Captures existing demand. Users are actively searching for what you sell. High intent.
  • Meta: Creates demand. Users aren't searching — the ad interrupts their scrolling. Lower intent.

Use Google to capture buyers who are ready. Use Meta to reach buyers who don't know you yet.

Information to Gather

  1. Business and product — what is it? Price point? B2B or B2C?
  2. Campaign goal — sales, leads, app downloads, brand awareness?
  3. Target audience — location, language, device?
  4. Budget — daily/monthly?
  5. Current situation — new account or existing to optimize?
  6. Website/landing page — where does traffic go?
  7. Key competitors — who else is bidding in this space?
  8. Conversion tracking — is Google Tag installed? What events are tracked?

Output: Google Ads Strategy

01 — ACCOUNT SETUP AND CONVERSION TRACKING

Before anything else — tracking: Without conversion tracking, you're flying blind. Set it up first.

Google Ads conversion tracking:

  • Install Google Tag (gtag.js) via Google Tag Manager (recommended) or direct code
  • Configure conversion actions: Purchase, Lead form submit, Phone call, App download
  • Set conversion values (revenue) for purchases — enables value-based bidding
  • Enable enhanced conversions (sends hashed customer data for better attribution)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration:

  • Link GA4 to Google Ads account
  • Import GA4 conversions into Google Ads
  • Enables cross-channel attribution in GA4

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
