Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.00898 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00449 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00180 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00090 |
Grade A, and why
mock-interview-coach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 106 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Mock Interview Coach
Trigger
Use when the user wants to practice for an interview, build STAR stories, rehearse answers, or prepare references.
Keywords: "mock interview", "practice interview", "interview coach", "interview prep", "STAR stories", "STAR method", "behavioral questions", "behavioral interview", "prepare for interview", "interview questions", "tell me about yourself", "references", "reference list", "interview answers", "interview coaching", "questions to ask interviewer", "how to answer interview questions"
Process
Step 1: Analyze the Role
From the job description, identify:
- Competencies they'll test — leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, technical depth
- Likely question themes — based on responsibilities and requirements
- Company-specific topics — recent news, products, culture to reference
Step 2: Build STAR Story Bank
Convert resume bullets into full stories:
- Situation (1-2 sentences): Context and challenge
- Task (1 sentence): Your specific responsibility
- Action (2-3 sentences): What YOU did — not the team
- Result (1-2 sentences): Quantified outcome + business impact
Prepare two versions per story:
- Full: ~2 minutes (for "tell me about a time...")
- Short: ~60 seconds (for follow-ups)
Cover these competency areas:
- Leadership / managing conflict
- Problem-solving / overcoming obstacles
- Collaboration / cross-functional work
- Achievement / exceeding expectations
- Failure / learning from mistakes (must be a real failure, not a humble brag)
Step 3: Prepare Standard Answers
- "Tell me about yourself" — 2-min pitch: current role → key achievement → why this role
- "Why this company?" — reference something specific about them
- "Why are you leaving?" — forward-looking, growth-focused, never negative
- "Greatest weakness?" — real weakness + self-awareness + improvement steps
- "Salary expectations?" — deflect first ("what's the budgeted range?"), give researched range if pressed
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
