A setup guide for creating a Flutter mobile app organized around Bloc state management and a feature-based folder structure.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create Flutter apps with Bloc or Cubit state, API access, optional local storage, routing, generated data types, and a tested authentication feature.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00068 $0.00403
Opus 5 $0.00034 $0.00201
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00040

Measured 9d ago against content hash 33270e1da16d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

scaffold-flutter-bloc scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Scaffold Flutter Project — Bloc (claudeforge)

Follow the master prompt at mobile/flutter-bloc/PROMPT.md. Steps:

  1. Confirm parameters: app_name, package_id, description, include auth / local DB flags, api_base_url.
  2. Read mobile/flutter-bloc/PROMPT.md — directory tree, locked stack (Bloc-specific deltas from Riverpod variant), layer rules, key files (pubspec, AppBlocObserver, auth feature with freezed events/states + Bloc + BlocConsumer screen).
  3. Generate:
    • flutter create --org {{com.example}} --project-name {{app-name}} {{app-name}}
    • Replace pubspec.yaml with locked stack (flutter_bloc 8, bloc_concurrency, bloc_test in dev deps)
    • flutter pub get
    • Create directory tree under lib/
    • Write core/ files
    • Add AppBlocObserver in core/observers/
    • Write one feature module (auth/) with freezed events + freezed states + Bloc with transformer: sequential() + BlocConsumer-based screen
    • Run dart run build_runner build --delete-conflicting-outputs
  4. Verify: flutter analyze clean, flutter test passes (write one bloc_test).
  5. Hand off: setup steps.

Use Cubit (not Bloc) for trivial state without events. Use transformer: sequential() to serialize events that need ordering. Same feature-first folder layout as the Riverpod variant.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
