oc-compliance-ops

oc-compliance-ops is a skill for Claude Code from asfbay-bit/opchain-skills. It costs 208 tokens per session (3,765 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A compliance workflow that maps standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR to code, configuration, tests, policies, and audit records. It maintains a control register and collects evidence bundles for releases and deployments.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to define compliance scope, track controls, generate audit evidence, and prepare policy documents.
Why use it?
It replaces a last-minute audit scramble with an up-to-date record of which controls apply and what evidence supports them.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00208 $0.03765
Opus 5.5 $0.00083 $0.01506
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00042 $0.00753
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00377

Security

Grade A, and why

oc-compliance-ops scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 26d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Compliance Ops

On first invocation, read references/orchestrator.md and follow its welcome protocol.

Compliance Ops turns compliance from an annual scramble into a standing property of the pipeline. Three artifacts, all in-repo and reviewed like code:

  1. The profile (.opchain/compliance.yaml) — which frameworks apply, to which data, at what tier.
  2. The control register (the register: block of the same file) — every applicable control mapped to the concrete artifact that satisfies it (a config, a test, a policy doc, an audit-log query), with a status.
  3. The evidence bundle — generated per deploy/release: the register's artifacts collected, stamped with SHA + date, ready to hand an auditor.

What this skill is not: it does not certify (formal audits need qualified auditors), it does not give legal advice, it does not assess posture (oc-security-auditor's /oc-security readiness is the point-in-time gap assessor — this skill consumes that output), and it does not execute technical fixes (oc-security-hardening does).

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
