This machine has a Cohort agentic office installed: a roster of advisory specialist agents (legal, finance, security, cloud, HR, and more) plus a ChiefOfStaff triage agent.

Verdict blocks
/code-review and /ship both end their output with a fenced ```verdict block:
one overall: PASS|FAIL line plus one pass|fail line per criterion/axis,
each with a one-line evidence note. /code-review's axes are the five review axes
(correctness, readability, architecture, security, performance); /ship's
axes are its six Phase B checklist items (code_quality, security,
performance, accessibility, infrastructure, documentation). In /ship the
block is appended to the existing ## Ship Decision: GO | NO-GO template as
one structured output, not emitted separately — overall: PASS agrees with
GO and overall: FAIL agrees with NO-GO. When the user explicitly
accepts a risk, the affected line becomes pass — risk accepted by user, tracked in Acknowledged risks, so an accepted-risk GO still pairs with
overall: PASS.
